"I'd just like to say for the 'year' that I've been dealing with State Farm insurance for auto purposes, it all started out great, so I thought. I don't have the time, or the energy to go into any of the back forth negative details that I've gone through with a particular agent. Nor do I care to speak negative about anyone in spite of. I'll just say that for the 1st time when I spoke to Collette Shaw, today, she spoke with such professionalism and patienc., And she had a soothing calming tone in her voice. She took the time to explain some things in details in a 20-25 minutes conversation that no other individual had in an entire yr. I really appreciated that! Because I was lacking understanding of a couple of things. Those 5 stars are for her. Because great customer service (and kindness) goes a long ways for me. Happy New Year."
