"I recently had an incident and was forced off the road. All four of my rims and tires had to be replaced. From the moment I called in my claim to my agent Alecia Francis, her account manager, Janet Adoue, kept in contact with me to verify how my claim was going. She checked to see where my car was taken, if I had a rental, the ETA of my repairs, and then today she called to verify if I had possession of my car. I really appreciated the calls and follow-up and I always appreciate Janet's attitude when I've called Alecia's office. Alecia has a great staff and I'm very pleased with the entire office servicing my insurance needs."

"Time to renew my auto policy and the rates DECREASED! That has not happened in decades for me. I was able to lower my deductibles to $0/250 and STILL save money! Janet Adoue is a patient sweetheart...I added her name to my phone cuz she's who I want to talk to about everything: car, homeowner, renewals, etc. I am extremely pleased with her great service!!"
